Delivery Details and Returns

Ecofranking Delivery times -

Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day.

As we believe greatly in supporting Royal Mail. We usually use Royal Mail First Class Recorded to send our products except on bulk orders. Therefore most orders are received within 1 to 2 working days (subject to stock availability)

We do offer a guaranteed next day service on all orders under the shipping / checkout section on the website or please email sales@ecofranking.co.uk or call 0845 5570491 if you require this service!

Ecofranking do ship over seas as well. As various franking cartridges are country specific please email us sales@ecofranking.co.uk to discuss your franking supplies requirements!

Ecofranking Delivery Charge -

For orders under £50.00 plus VAT a standard delivery fee of £3.95 plus VAT is applicable for orders placed within mainland UK. Bulk or heavy products tend to have a slightly higher carriage tariff.

Multiple or Bulk orders are charged appropriately by weight and size. If light and small enough to be classed as a Packet these will be shipped for £3.95 plus VAT. Heavy items such as labels when ordering in multiples may need to go via courier such as Parcelforce. Any breakdowns of carriage required please do not hesitate to contact Ecofranking at sales@ecofranking.co.uk

Parcelforce, TNT and UK Mail are our main parcel couriers. The can deliver from 9am to 5.30pm on working days. Saturday deliveries can be organised if requested as well. All deliveries require a signature to enable the courier to release the goods. If there is no one to sign for the goods the courier will leave a delivery card with contact details to arrange a convenient delivery time. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us we will instruct you of this and will charge a duplicate carriage charge to re send the goods.

Returns:
We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 14 days of delivery date. All goods must be returned complete with their original packaging, documentation and manuals for a refund (in its original, unopened condition). Please note we do not refund postage & packing and for carriage FREE orders we will charge a 5% re-stocking / admin charge for all non warranty returns to cover what would have been the carriage charge to us . Please contact us by email sales@ecofranking.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods and obtain a returns number. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Please note that you need to return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date which you received them. You are responsible for the goods until they are restored to us, and must ensure you take reasonable care of them, returning them to us at your expense unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Goods returned after 14 days or without authorisation after 14 days or with defaced / damaged packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense. If in doubt, please phone or email for advice before returning an item to us. We strongly recommend that all returns are registered and insured when sent as we unable to compensate for lost or damaged parcels. Once the order has been safely returned to us, we will refund your original payment method as soon as possible for the cost of the goods.

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason, please contact Ecofranking by email us at sales@ecofranking.co.uk to inform us and we will arrange a refund or a replacement depending on the situation. In the event of you returning goods to us please email sales@ecofranking.co.uk to request a returns number.

We will work with you and the manufacturer whose warranty is in place to achieve a satisfactory solution to any technical issue you may have for a period of 12 months after purchase.

The money you have paid us for the product will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation, after deducting any charge we make where we have had to recover the product from you.

Non-delivery :
If we have given you a despatch date for the product you ordered and you have not received it within 15 days of this date, please notify us immediately, so that we can investigate the reasons for the non-delivery.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

12 Months Guarantee:

All our products have a minimum 12-MONTH full guarantee from date of purchase.

We will work with you and the manufacturer whose warranty is in place to achieve a satisfactory solution to any technical issue you may have for a period of 12 months after purchase.

All the products we supply are brand new.

You must notify us within 48 hours if goods have been damaged in transit.
The guarantee does not cover wear & tear, accidental or wilful damage.

A copy of the purchase invoice (receipt) must accompany any returned product.
Please ensure all returned goods are adequately insured (to the value of the goods). Goods must be well packaged and proof of postage obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.
