The refilling / resetting service is so simple. All you need to do is complete your order and check out as normal for the number of IJ25 red ink cartridges you require to be refilled and reset. After your transaction is successful you will be emailed across confirmation of your purchase. Please print a copy of this confirmation and enclose with your cartridge and post back to Ecofranking at the following address...

As soon as we receive your returned IJ25 ink cartridge we will refill, reset and fully test the cartridge before sending back to you. We will process your cartridge same day and the IJ25 refilled / reset ink cartridge will be returned to you safely within 24 to 48 hours from Ecofranking originally receiving your returned ink cartridge. You will also be sent an email to let you know that your IJ25 has been received / refilled / reset / fully tested and dispatched back to you as well. 

Please send your IJ25 ink cartridge to Ecofranking by a secure posting method. We recommend a tracked service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery as Ecofranking will not be liable for any lost / damaged cartridges that have been sent in to us. We of course will safely repackage the refilled / reset IJ25 franking ink cartridge to you and will be accountable for the returned cartridge that we have sent back to you.

Using Ecofranking's refill / resetting service will not invalidate your franking machine's warranty / service agreement. Ecofranking offers a full replacement / money back guarantee on all our products. The returned refilled / reset IJ25 cartridge will give the same amount of impressions as a new cartridge purchased from Neopost.

If for any reason the returned cartridge is damaged upon receipt and after refilling / resetting the print quality is not 100% we will contact you directly to let you know. We of course will endeavour to enable you to continue franking asap and can organise a replacement cartridge to be sent by simply charging the cost for the replacement minus the amount already paid for the refiliing / resetting service. Overall a very green simple and efficient service!
